Adventure Australia Treks and Tours are proud to support a number of community projects every year. As part of our 2017 programme we are pleased to announce that we will be supporting Youngcare to find appropriate housing for young people with high care needs.
Australia has a severe shortage of appropriate housing for young people with high care needs. At present there are over 700,000 young people living in, or at risk of entering aged care. Youngcare is working to liberate young people by providing options. Youngcare is a solution focused organisation that connects industry leaders and government to drive change and to provide innovative solutions to empower young people to live the lives we all deserve.
